The modern decor of the room provided a pleasant surprise, making the stay comfortable. Cleanliness was impressive and the staff, while generally friendly, had moments of unhelpfulness that were disappointing. The hotel had great accessibility to public transport options, allowing easy exploration of the surrounding area. However, the advertised jacuzzi was broken, and attempts to communicate this with management yielded no satisfactory response, detracting from the overall experience.

High-quality breakfast offerings were a pleasant surprise.
My air conditioning was barely functional, leaving the room stifling hot at night. Despite requesting assistance, the staff showed me only how to turn it off, making me uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was incredibly noisy with constant disruptions from other guests passing by, seriously impacting my sleep.

I was expecting more than rusted elevators and a breakfast that was an absoluteley sad affair, just pitiful. Plus, I can’t believe I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade for enduring this chaos. Would have been sooo nice. Almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t deal with these chaos. How disappointing.

Our group had a fun time staying at this hotel! The metro station is really close, making it easy to visit places like the Duomo and the Navigli canals. Our rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was super friendly, even accommodating our early check-in. I definitely recommend this spot for friends traveling together.
One downside was that we had to deal with a broken toilet flush in our room. It was a bit annoying, but didn’t ruin our stay overall.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my stay, particularly the comfortable bed and cleanliness. The location is decent but expect a 13-minute walk to the metro. Watch out for window noise, and be prepared for limited amenities in the double room. Opt for earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Ideal choice for an overnight stay in Milan, great for the money. If you're looking for quiet, ask for a room away from the elevator.

great staff but location requires walking
The staff members were genuinely helpful, even arranging our taxi to the train station on departure day. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, allowing for a restful stay. Public transport options nearby, including trams and buses, made exploring easy. We also enjoyed a lovely garden view that added a calm atmosphere to our space.
The location is a bit far from major attractions, requiring a walk of around 30 minutes.

pleasant stay,, but some room for improvement
The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, making for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were always ready to assist without any strict rules. The breakfast offered essential options that were tasty, and I enjoyed a lovely garden view that added to the tranquility of my experience.
One downside was that the location required a bit of walking to reach some attractions.
