My air conditioning was barely functional, leaving the room stifling hot at night. Despite requesting assistance, the staff showed me only how to turn it off, making me uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was incredibly noisy with constant disruptions from other guests passing by, seriously impacting my sleep.

I was expecting more than rusted elevators and a breakfast that was an absoluteley sad affair, just pitiful. Plus, I can’t believe I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade for enduring this chaos. Would have been sooo nice. Almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t deal with these chaos. How disappointing.

Our group had a fun time staying at this hotel! The metro station is really close, making it easy to visit places like the Duomo and the Navigli canals. Our rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was super friendly, even accommodating our early check-in. I definitely recommend this spot for friends traveling together.

One downside was that we had to deal with a broken toilet flush in our room. It was a bit annoying, but didn’t ruin our stay overall.
